As much as we would like to know more, these intelligence agencies are and always be very mysterious. The fact that this man is a repeat offender and hasn’t ever been successfully penalized for his actions is kind of annoying. Good for him that he’s an FBI agent, but that doesn’t give him any right to park wherever he likes without getting fined for it. His badge doesn’t make him any different from everyone else…
