Artificial Intelligence, better known as AI, has finally made it out of Sci-Fi novels and into our lives. Whether you like it, hate it, or are prepared and supplied for the Robot Revolution, AI is here to stay. Fortunately, it has been (mostly) harmless in its uses, and in some ways AI can seem downright idiotic. Lacking the common sense of a human being, it mimics us well but is prone to mistakes that can lead into Uncanny Valley. Fortunately, some of those mistakes are utterly hilarious for their bizarreness and make for their own entertainment. 1. Is That an Umbrella in Your Head, Or Are You Just Happy to See Me?
That’s one way to get your hands free, though I do wonder what that woman is planning to do now. She looks alright despite an umbrella handle being lodged in her head; at least it will be easy to do some shopping and carry her groceries. Talk about creative problem-solving.
It’s not a very good umbrella, mind, as she’s soaking wet, but maybe it’s part of the new look. AI has learned about trends and, taking a bunch of ideas from various corners of the internet, decided to compile them into something new. Sorry, AI, try again, this one isn’t working.
