A yolk bull handler surfs a wooden plank while hanging onto nothing but the two bull’s harnesses or their tails! The two yolk bulls run in ankle-deep water, plowing the football-size rice fields as they go. As you can imagine, this thrilling tradition is dangerous and best left to the professionals!
