#27: Sober Up
This person’s wedding story sounds like an absolute disaster. Their boyfriend’s sister got married to someone who seems to have some underlying issues that need to be resolved. Some people do get a little crazy to relieve their stress and have fun, but it sounds like this guy was obviously trying to drown something out.
He was totally messed up and the bride was obviously really upset with him. It was so awkward that guests started leaving as soon as they could. It got worse when they started opening gifts and the groom broke a really expensive gift because he was so crossfaded and lacked coordination. Overall this sounds like a really awful experience for everyone involved, and we feel bad for the bride. Whatever was going on in their relationship or with the groom, we hope it got worked out.
